東邊舞蹈團 由香港演藝學院首屆畢業生余仁華成立於1988年，是本地極活躍的專業舞團之一。舞團致力創作另類舞蹈劇場作品，尋找新的舞蹈元素，發展環境，空間與身體的關係。 藝術總監兼編舞余仁華除致力舞團創作外，亦應邀為本地及海外舞團編舞。除策劃演出，亦經常應邀參與多項大型舞蹈節及舞蹈表演，更積極推動舞蹈教育發展。
