由各大禪修道場分別帶領的禪修，讓大眾學習和體會行住坐臥都能安心自在之禪法。
溫馨提示
為了讓參加者得到最實在的禪修體會，請大家注意及遵守以下的守則：
• 禁語
• 關上手提電話
• 場內不飲食。可在場外飲食。
攜帶物品須知
• 請穿著素色寬鬆衣褲。(棉、麻材質較宜，以免磨擦發出聲響)
• 請自備布質鞋袋，收藏鞋履。
• 為避免受寒，請自備裹膝毛巾，披肩、頸巾和帽。
• 會場不設寄存物品空間，請盡量減少攜帶物品，特別是貴重物品。
• 請自備飲用水
