尊賢會一直致力宣揚及推廣「活躍社交、快樂老化」，過去曾於不同安老院舍和長者中心舉辦快樂椅子舞工作坊，在音樂、舞步和歡樂的氣氛中，帶給長者快樂、運動和社交活動，藉此強化長者們的身心與心靈健康。希望透過是次活動，讓長者與家人、朋友一同享樂。
