廟會是以廟宇為中心舉行的祭神、娛樂和購物活動，歷史悠久。在香港很少看到，除了近年華人廟宇委員會在不同廟宇辦過廟會外，就以旺角街坊會主辦的大角咀廟會規模最大，每年在福全街洪聖廟對開的街道舉行，全日吸引約十萬人參加。
