喜歡冒險的愛麗絲遇上會說話的兔子先生，二人勇闖魔幻王國，王國中的紅心皇后和白髮皇后將要舉行一個盛大生日會，但愛麗絲此行並不是為兩位皇后祝壽，究竟愛麗絲到魔幻王國有甚麼重要任務，她又會遇到甚麼奇幻事情……
