Lise de la Salle rst came to international attention in 2005, at the age of 16, with a Bach/Liszt recording that was selected as "Recording of the Month" by Gramophone Magazine. Recording exclusively for Naïve, she was similarly recognised in 2008 for her recording of rst concertos by Liszt, Prokoev and Shostakovich – a remarkable feat for someone only 20 years old. Lise has played with many of the world's leading orchestras and conductors and is a sought-after recitalist that has recently been presented to enthusiastic audiences and critics in a major series of concerts in New York, Boston, San Francisco, Montreal, Munich, Wigmore Hall in London and the Louvre in Paris.
