Description
新‧都城年青新國王－內部瓜德希望建立一個「無乞兒城」，妄想只要都城內無乞兒，就代表人人都富足，證明他治國有方。 上帝跟他的想法卻背道而馳，非但沒有否定乞兒，還差遣天使把一個單純又美麗的女孩－富露比，獻給城內最後一名乞兒－阿碌葛。 就在這個破曉時分，在城旁的河邊，這個傾國傾城的女孩降臨了。 天使本以為能速戰速決，使命必達，回天堂交差仲趕得切飲下午茶。 點知，他們意外遇上為了力勸阿碌葛放棄行乞而假扮成乞兒的內部瓜德…… 要找出最後一名真正乞兒的廢柴天使 VS 要消滅最後一名乞兒的廢青國王 一場海軍鬥水兵的人神大戰，在這「新‧都城」內一觸即發！
