The Cecil Leong Scholarship was first launched in 2013 to support first year local students of the School of Music of The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts. The scholarship scheme has been extremely successful in helping some very talented local students. This year with the initiation by Mr Cecil Leong again, we hope to raise more scholarship funds to include the Master Degree students as well. The Academy is very grateful to Mr Leong’s continuing support.
