The return of the ghoulish orchestra. Litty Scary, SO MUCH FUN! Hailed from the U.S., Magic Circle Mime Co. (MCMCo.) is loved by audience around the globe. Years ago the Orchestra from Planet X was overwhelmed with positive reviews from local families. This October, the famous MCMCo., is returning for the 5th collaboration with Metropolitan Youth Orchestra of Hong Kong (MYOHK), presenting the No.1 family attraction, Phantoms of the Orchestra, to make you burst into laughter in this haunted concert hall! Endless laughter in the Concert Hall The duo from MCMCo., Maggie Peterson and Douglas Maclntyre are disguising in a wicked spirit and a chickenhearted apprentice. Maggie woke up the ghoulish orchestra with her frightening organ music, Doug accidently has a magical baton. While Doug wants to have a taste of being a maestro, Maggie is having so much fun playing tricks on Doug. The endless laughable tricks guarantee the audience burst into laughter in this haunted concert hall. Classical Concert Evolution Maggie and Doug give life to the music with their imagination and chain the music into an interesting story. To make it more fun, the conductor and the orchestra are dressing up as zombies and vampires. Though audiences still need to sit still over the concert, they need neither to worry about falling asleep during the concert (the jokes keep coming!) nor keeping quiet (laughter here and there). Blending classical music and mime, Phantoms of the Orchestra breaks the traditional setting of a classical concert and brings audience an extraordinary experience. About MYO Founded in 2003, the Metropolitan Youth Orchestra of Hong Kong (MYO) is one of the finest youth orchestras in Asia. Forming 6 orchestras at 4 different levels, near 260 passionate young musicians from over 120 music colleges, universities, secondary and primary schools build up their repertoire of various styles and periods through weekly rehearsals and share the joy of music.
