「香港已達至世衛流行病的最高『即時死亡』級別，意味十個人七個死」 「唔岩！出去先會死！封舖！」 神秘流行病襲港，街坊被困茶餐廳。控制狂李師奶、相信外星人存在既陳師奶同雀后何師奶互相搏火；李陳仔女唔生性，聯合親戚拍自己阿媽短片；何琪唔信阿媽，卻信一把飛天掃帚；仲有茶餐廳既一群街坊員工。一班唔正常既人，身處於唔正常既時代；眾人如何修補彼此間既關係？到底係愈補愈爛？定係破鏡重圓？
