Vertical means same method of cooking but different crab of different species. Horizontal means that , same crab but different countries way to cook. All crabs are now in season but not only the hairy . Our way to praise the Mother Nature is to cook the best out of best ingredient. It is also our sacred mission to feed you well before winter comes. To leverage the “ coolness” of crab, we are using some red and rose wine to pair and perfect the party with finest aged tea and warming dessert.
