可口動作工作坊特別為好動或有興趣嘗試「可口」動作的人士所設計。工作坊的活動不具任何競爭性，適合不同程度的參與者。在兩小時的活動中，尾竹永子將運用不同圖像、地板動作、及學員間自然的互相合作和大量緩慢的動作，引導簡單的動作練習。
