「躍動的音符 - 專業人才培訓計劃」計劃目的為香港中樂界設立更多實習機會和加強場地支持。透過香港中樂團的專業藝術指導、舞台製作和藝術行政支援，孕育優秀人才。計劃除包括中樂指揮、演奏、評論和藝術行政實習外，更協助年青中樂演奏者或小型樂隊於香港中樂團演奏廳舉辦音樂會與業界分享交流。
