因首辦的 FIT & DISH反應熱烈，OMELETTE MENU跟 HEALTH CONCEPT 將再次舉辦FIT＆DISH 小型派對，運動教練GRACE聯同營養師ARLENE將悉心安排一場別開生面的運動工作坊，當中包括一系列強健核心肌肉的運動訓練，以及介紹運動後的簡單飲食餐單，參加者更可一嚐美味的自家製健康小吃。
