是次工作坊，我們將會揭開一般市售加工食品的真面目，罐頭食品對環境及健康的影響。
堂上一同天然及功能性的食材，製作多種不含蛋和奶的簡易醬汁，很難想像不含人工添加劑的醬汁可以這麼好味道，不妨到來試試吧！
製作醬汁包括：
