距離上一次香港站演出轉眼已經過去4年的時間；2013年惘聞樂隊發行第八張專輯《八匹馬》之時，遺憾錯過來香港專場的機會；又是兩年，中國器樂搖滾領軍樂隊惘聞，終於帶著第九張錄音室專輯《歲月鴻溝》再度來到香港舉辦專場音樂會；而與內地其他站巡演有所不同的是，新增加了大提琴、小提琴、管樂的大編制惘聞，將以全團七人的大編制呈現最飽滿的全新的惘聞的音樂；除了演出全新專輯的作品之外，惘聞也將為香港站帶來更多不同的曲目，尤其是把《八匹馬》專輯中的歌曲一併帶上，呈現近120分鐘的雙專輯專場音樂會
