排毒花茶、香薰放鬆伸展體驗 日期: 2016年6月8日(星期三) 時間: 晚上 8.30-9.30 上課前品嚐一杯天然纖體排毒花茶, 有助身體排走體內廢物。 配搭宜人香薰, 讓身心靈得到放鬆, 踢走一天工作的疲勞。透過不同扭轉式子、前彎式子以及簡單的後仰式子，促進體內排毒，減輕體內負擔。 課後再配以一杯南非博士茶, 排毒美膚, 有助睡眠, 讓運動後的晚上來一覺甜睡。 - 每節限收10人 花茶選用德國皇室御用品牌Dethlefsen & Balk 優質草本混合茶 查詢: 6600 6661
