傅太 - 皇后烹飪中心創辦人兼主廚。她是泰國華僑，丈夫是有「木器大王」之稱的傅世彪，由於從小愛烹飪，更在著名泰國廚藝學院取得證書。貴為富貴闊太卻熱愛下廚，兩年前開設皇后烹飪中心與人分享煮食樂趣。
