奇思妙想的愛麗絲，因為追趕一隻會說話的白兔，無意中掉進了一個兔子洞,由此墜入了神奇的花花世界。途中，她遇到了美麗的公爵夫人，神秘的毛毛蟲大師，明智的柴郡貓，紅心王后、神氣活現的黑心武士。
在這個奇幻旅程，愛麗絲意識到除了勇氣，她還需要運用智慧及這仙境的小魔術，才能解救她的朋友們。
