電子競技遊戲《英雄聯盟》深受年青人歡迎，而由台灣競舞娛樂 (Garena) 舉辦的台港澳區職業聯賽League of Legends Master Series (LMS)亦備受世界注目。一直以來，此項被視為台港澳區最大的職業電競比賽，都在台灣舉行，但今年經過香港電子競技有限公司 (HKES) 極力磋商後，今年LMS夏季季後賽總決賽，將會首次移師香港舉行，勝出隊伍將會得到出戰League of Legends世界賽的資格。
