詠給．明就仁波切常常提醒我們，要認出自己本身具足的愛與快樂。但很多時候我們都會忘記 - 尤其是在這個資訊氾濫及生活步伐不斷加速的年代，人每天都在面對生命中種種挑戰。明就仁波切是一位偉大的禪修者及藏傳佛教傳承者。在這兩場講座中，他會與我們分享如何在種種心的困惑及逆境中仍然可以獲得快樂。他會引導我們看見，解決問題的方案就在我們心中的愛與慈悲。這是我們本身具足的。仁波切更會分享他小時候從恐慌症中得到突破的經驗，當然還有他這四年多來在深山所遇到種種的困難及他如何從這些閉關經驗中獲得智慧。
