每位街坊可得到一間小屋，並須遵守三大街坊守則：
守則一：盡力美化家居
守則二：關心左鄰右里
守則三：積極參與社區活動
街坊可在社區開放期間無限次出入，公眾人士也歡迎在社區外圍參觀，見證著一個理想社區的誕生和成長。
- 參加者必須脫鞋進入指定活動區
- 門票包括一間紙皮小屋模型和裝飾物料；歡迎參加者於活動完結後取回自己的小屋(領取時間為11 月6 日晚上7 至8 時)
