上個樂季的「林一峰與香港中樂團」音樂會，胞妹林二汶作為特邀嘉賓，兄妹同台的火花獲得觀眾的熱烈迴響。林二汶將主力回歸，帶來香港歌迷耳熟能詳的經典情歌，更會大唱黃梅調及潮戲。除了邀請林一峰一起玩轉「一峰二汶」式的絕妙默契，更邀來全能音樂人于逸堯及醉心粵劇的阮德鏘共同合作。才華洋溢的獨立創作才女將施展其獨有的舞台魅力，唱出情感的淬煉，還有那些曾經沸騰的刻骨銘心！
