Korean rising six-member boy group ASTRO debuted just one year and gained high popularity which they have begun to enter the overseas markets.
Rolemodel Entertainment Group (REG) is thrilled to announce that ASTRO will make their debut Hong Kong show “ASTRO 1st Show in Hong Kong” on the 3 rd March 2017 at Mongkok Macpherson Stadium, and a High-Five session will be held after show.
ASTRO is a six-member energetic Korean boy group consists of MJ, Jin Jin, Cha Eun-woo,Moon Bin, Rocky, and Yoon San-ha with an average age of under 20. The word “ASTRO” comes from Spanish, which means the astronomical object and star. They used “ASTRO” as the group name because they wanted to become the universe and star of their fans. They made their pre-debut by starring in a web drama “To Be Continued” along with actress Kim Sae-ron on 18 th August 2015. They made their official debut by releasing their debut album “Spring Up” on 23 rd February 2016 with the title song "Hide & Seek" MV hitting YouTube with over 4 million views. Due to the fresh and lovely style, they popped out in the market successfully. They have released 3 mini albums within one year and held a concert in Korea just half a year after debut. 3,000 concert tickets had been sold out so quickly that made it become a hot issue.
After having showcases in Tokyo, Thailand and Indonesia, they have finally decided to hold their first Hong Kong debut show “ASTRO 1st Show in Hong Kong” in coming March. They are set to perform their hottest tracks in Hong Kong this time. They are curious and are also excited to come to Hong Kong. They have recorded a short video and used Cantonese to say hi to their Hong Kong fans. They are so lovely to hold a High-Five session after show to have the closest personal touch with all Hong Kong fans.
