於上周末勇奪本地高級組銀牌冠軍的傑志今日宣布NIKE香港有限公司將成為今屆賀歲盃的冠名贊助商。NIKE香港一直贊助及支持傑志，更將是次活動名為「NIKE丁酉賀歲盃」。 NIKE香港有限公司市務總監賴榮貴先生很高興能夠參與及贊助「NIKE丁酉賀歲盃」，並希望廣大球迷能夠見證一個難忘的雞年賀歲足球賽事。 此外，傑志亦藉此宣布已成功獲邀一支新的參賽球隊來港賀歲，以代替上週退出的澳洲U23國家隊。大洋洲冠軍球隊奧克蘭城曾8次打入世界冠軍球會盃，並於2014年與皇家馬德里打入最後四強，最後奪取該盃賽季軍。至於2016年的世界冠軍球會盃，奧克蘭城以1:2僅負日職冠軍鹿島鹿角。鹿島鹿角其後於決賽碰上皇家馬德里，並以亞軍的成績完成賽事。 連同奧克蘭城，傑志已成功邀請三隊冠軍球會參賽賀歲盃，包括韓職冠軍FC首爾、泰超冠軍蒙通聯以及大洋洲足球聯賽冠軍奧克蘭城，令今年的賀歲盃成為近年最具吸引力的賀歲足球盛事。 1月28日 15:00 奧克蘭城 對 FC 首爾 17:30 傑志 對 蒙通聯 1月31日 15:00 季軍戰 17:30 冠軍戰
