「邂逅！老房子」藝術計劃挑選了四所香港老房子，讓觀眾與藝術家走進百年故宅的現場，以藝術角度展開一場歷史旅程。
本地藝術家石家豪在孫中山先生走過的七個地方，尋找獨特的藝術、建築及時代風格，轉化成富時代性的圖案，並融合在他的繪畫作品中，嘗試以生活化的切入點去呈現嚴肅的歷史。一同來遊走孫中山紀念館，透過藝術家的作品認識孫中山先生在世界的足跡﹗
