香港中樂團積極培育香港新一代的中樂生力軍，讓快樂的種子發芽，讓音樂的夢想茁壯，一年一度的「中樂嘉年華」正是小小音樂家們大放異彩的實戰大匯演！在指揮郭亨基、盧偉良以及樂團演奏家們的諄諄指導下，香港少年中樂團與香港中樂團樂器班學員將綻放光芒，由古箏名家蔡雅絲指導的香港青少年箏團也再度一展身手。手把手的世代傳承，台前幕後的無私奉獻，英雄出少年，將為中樂注入一股全新的生命力！
