Outlook Festival HK is the only underground Bass Music festival in Hong Kong, bringing together the finest sounds from the most vibrant and cutting edge dance scenes around. The festival is set in a beautiful outdoor venue with the gorgeous panoramic view of Tolo Harbour in Whitehead, Ma On Shan features a 10,000 square feet open area.
