年輕時曾因病進⾏行多次⼿術，此後她一直尋找健康之道。
機緣巧合下，一堂戶外瑜珈課程幫她找回內心的平靜、鍛鍊身體及取得身心平衡。
2016年，Yen曾前往印度瑜珈學校進行深度修煉。
正因她相信瑜珈可幫助更多人了解健康的生話態度，所以開始教授瑜珈，
同時與學生分享⾃身對健康及⼈生的經驗。
