Iris Apfel, one of the fashion world’s most recognisable faces, has arrived in Hong Kong to take part in LANDMARK’s year-long journey of discovery, ‘A Year of Wisdom’. Iris at the LANDMARK ATRIUM, enjoying the exhibition of pieces from her personal archive.
The exhibition from 12th - 21st May showcases a dazzling selection of some of Iris’ favourite designs.
Alongside the exhibition of Iris’ key looks, a store means that everyone can take home with them a touch of Iris’ panache.
The ‘Designed by Iris Apfel for LANDMARK’ glasses (HK$980) are as striking as the woman herself and are available in vibrant red and a more severe black.
Iris, together with Michelle Ong, co-founder and creative director of Carnet, and Masha Ma, the renowned Chinese fashion designer, entertained a 800-strong audience during a public forum on fashion and individuality on 11th May.
Iris discussed how to find self-discovery through a stylish attitude with both well-established and acclaimed fashion design practitioners and a ‘new generation’ of young, up-and-coming Hong Kong fashion designers on 12th May.
