IRIS: Your Escape - Hong Kong’s largest health and wellness festival–is setting up home at the Nursery Park at West Kowloon Cultural District over the weekend of May 27-28. With a two-day full schedule of yoga, meditation classes, an array of sports and activities to try and more than 60 health and wellness vendors, IRIS: Your Escape is looking forward to welcoming health enthusiasts and families for a great value weekend. Yoga Yoga has been the foundation on which IRIS: Your Escape has been built. While the festival continues to expand from its first outing in 2015, yoga will always remain at its core and in doing so continues to attract the best yoga teachers around. The serene surroundings of the Nursery Park at West Kowloon Cultural District will provide the perfect environment for yogis to unfurl their mats and unwind. The Meditation Garden The meditation garden offers a more intimate experience. Teachers, healers and motivational speakers will all share their wisdom and insight while providing a space for guests to unwind after a hectic week. Special guest International Buddhist Monk, Khenpo Lungtaen Gyatso will feature at the festival. The Discovery Zone The dynamic fitness space allows participants to break a sweat with capoeira and kickboxing classes or really get the pulse racing with rigorous circuit training exercises led by expert instructors. Health and Wellness Marketplace Many of Hong Kong’s most-loved Health and Wellness brands will be setting up shop at the IRIS Marketplace. From delicious food and beverages to the latest in clothing and apparel, over 60 vendors are coming onboard Hong Kong’s largest health and wellness festival to engage with Hong Kong’s ever growing health-conscious community.
