灰姑娘Cinderella 希望到晚會遇見王子Rockerfella (前身為Charming 王子），卻被她兩位壞心腸的姐姐諸般阻撓。幸好得仙子及好友Buttons 協助，把身上破爛的衣服變成了優雅的晚禮服出席晚會。可是灰姑娘身上晚禮服的法術只能維持到傍晚。傍晚的鐘聲響起，灰姑娘匆忙離開。途中，她不小心把鞋子遺留了在舞會的梯級上，王子拾起來，一場愛情故事從此展開......
