鮮花雖美，但總有凋謝的一天。 與其最終也要棄置在堆田區，那麼何不以蔬菜花代替鮮花花束，既美觀、實用、健康，又符合環保原則。
蔬菜花束顧名思義是將不同蔬果配搭襯托襯成花束，此課程亦會教授簡單蔬果花束製作技巧，課程完成後可以帶走一束小蔬果花束。
