One of the hottest Taiwanese Pop Rock Bands 831, also known as “The Last Day of Summer”, was officially back to the music scene end of last year with the release of their brand new album Survival Guide. Rolemodel Entertainment Group (REG) has just announced to bring 831’s [2017 831 Birthday Party Tour Live in Hong Kong] back after two years on Wednesday, 30 August 2017 at Mongkok Macpherson Stadium. An autograph session will be held for fans purchasing their new album at the show. Tickets from HK$480 go on public sale starting from Friday, 21 July 2017 onwards via Cityline and Tom Lee Music Stores. 831 consisted of five members and they are Orange Yang (band leader and keyboard player), Uplee (lead vocalist), Liu-B (guitarist), Sky Deng (Bassist) and Dan-Tsai (drummer). They were recognized and appreciated by A-Shin from MayDay, which effectively increased their popularity when they debuted in the music scene. A-Shin from MayDay says, “If you want to feel that special kind of heart strike, you have to listen to 831. Before the world collapse, please remember to listen 831’s music.” Through the energetic and optimistic natures of their songs in their four albums released namely, Save the World, The Great Escape, The Last Day of Summer and Survival Guide, they are adored especially by teenagers. 31 August is the birthday of 831 and the band has been organizing birthday parties with their fans every year around this special day. They directly mentioned, “the meaning of our 831 birthday party we intended to bring out is that we will sing together on this special day no matter where we are and what we have become.” This year, they are kicking off their [2017 831 Birthday Party Tour] in Taiwan on 19 August and they have chosen their second stop to be in Hong Kong to celebrate with their Hong Kong fans particularly on the night before their birthday. “We have not been to Hong Kong for two years. We know that Hong Kong fans always want us to be back, we insist Hong Kong to be included in this birthday party tour", 831 says and proves how they cherish their Hong Kong fans. With their recently released album Survival Guide, Hong Kong fans would definitely enjoy the live performance of their new hits.
