燃燒年少輕狂的火焰
青春舞動與夢想的軌跡
消失的味道，還記得嗎？
香港舞蹈團與結界達人聯手為粵語流行歌舞劇注入新的角度及藝術元素，將《Electric Girl》再次搬上舞台，重現八、九十年代粵語樂壇的經典金曲。
躋身人生勝利組的姜志聰（姜蔥），在婚禮上重遇衣衫襤褸的死黨白耀晨（八神），勾起當年的一團火：「誓要擊敗舞蹈比賽對手贏取女神阿Yen情深的一吻!」二人找回秒秒鐘幾千萬上落的王家威（肥仔威），三位大叔決定組成跳舞組合「蟋蟀」，重出江湖！
此時此刻，女神阿Yen又身處在何方？
到底姜蔥、八神和肥仔威能否重燃青春之火、舞出奇跡？
