After its previous stops at the Saatchi gallery in London and the D Museum in Seoul, the Mademoiselle Privé exhibition will open in Hong Kong on the 13th of January 2018. Staged in the city's iconic site, PMQ, and adapted exclusively to the location, the exhibition illuminates the innovative vision and creative momentum of founder Gabrielle Chanel, now championed by the House's Artistic Director Karl Lagerfeld. A daring conversation that has carried on seamlessly throughout the decades. The exhibit invites guests to immerse themselves in the dazzling history of the House through an exploration of the three pillars as established by Gabrielle Chanel: Haute Couture, CHANEL N°5, and the High Jewellery, including the re-edition of the famous 'Bijoux de Diamants' collection designed by Chanel in 1932. Before the exhibition, visitors can retrieve the latest updates available on the application, view teaser contents, book their time slot for their visit and also register for the workshops that will be organized at PMQ: - High Jewellery workshop from January 13th to 18th - Lemarié feather and flower creation workshop from January 19th to 25th - N°5 workshop from January 26th to February 1st A participative Lesage workshop will also take place at the CHANEL Prince’s Building boutique from January 13th to 25th. The public will be able to participate in a unique collective embroidery piece. The workshop programme offers the opportunity to discover CHANEL’s exceptional know-how around Haute Couture, High Jewellery and N°5, the sources of creativity of the House from its origins until today. In the exhibition itself, the Mademoiselle Privé application will additionally enhance the visitor’s experience with exclusive content and playful interactions. For this occasion, CHANEL also created a new mini-site entirely dedicated to the event which will be hosted on CHANEL.com.
