每十年一次的林村太平清醮將於今年12月3日至8日舉行，鄉民一方面酬謝神靈護佑過去十年家家戶戶平安，同時亦祈求風調雨順。一如以往，一連五日村內會有大戲、福食、頌經及祭祀等活動，除此之外，今年更會舉辦不同主題的分享，歡迎公眾人士參與，增加對林村鄉傳統文化的認識。
