【法國名師朱古力體驗班】
來自全球頂尖名廚 Disciples Escoffier(法國廚師會)的名師 Matthieu Godard 將現身說法，講解朱古力的專業知識，包括揀選準則、烹調溫度等，教大家採用 Valrhona 頂級朱古力整作完美聖誕最佳禮物。
