特邀聲樂家畢永琴及本地唱詠團體「歌之能者」於香港文化中心進行一系列唱詠活動。這次以《浪漫時代的情歌》為題，用歌聲迎接新一年開始。
「浪漫主義(Romanticism) 始於十八世紀末，是歐洲思想史中一個非常重要的文化運動，它涉及文學、哲學、藝術、音樂等。浪漫主義在音樂上有多種不同的表述，『歌之能者』從浪漫時期的德國藝術歌曲 (Lieder) 歌集中選出多首二重唱及四重唱歌曲，以浪漫歌聲迎接新一年。」— 畢詠琴
