第六屆藝博會將展出超過115家畫廊帶來世界各地的當代藝術，更有FRESH作品選、展出本地35歲以下極具潛力藝術家的Young Talent Hong Kong、團隊精心挑選的總監之選等 。2018年的焦點包括大型裝置及創意集中地內的「M+ 敢探號 -- 流動創作教室」。2018嶄新項目#ForArtSake慈善之夜將聚焦為心理健康及藝術治療提高公眾關注，同場更有本地及國際藝術家表演、人物心靈速寫和舞蹈演出。
