本年度的美食博覽將於8月16-20日於香港會議展覽中心舉行，其中分為貿易館、公眾館及尊貴美食區，分不同時段皆會開放予公眾參觀。

公眾館：
16-20/8開放予持票之公眾人士
尊貴美食區：
16-19/8開放予持票之公眾人士
購票指南：
＊美食博覽公眾館、尊貴美食區、家電‧家品‧博覽及美與健生活博覽2018套票: 每位港幣 40 元
＊博覽公眾館、家電‧家品‧博覽及美與健生活博覽2018門票：每位港幣25元
＊美食博覽公眾館、家電‧家品‧博覽及美與健生活博覽2018晚間進場票（6時後入場）：每位港幣10元
＊美食博覽公眾館、家電‧家品‧博覽及美與健生活博覽2018上午進場票（中午12時前入場）：每位港幣10元
