「夢想成真流行曲創作賽」優勝作品主唱者延續歌手夢！
由百感交集主辦，零企音樂以及Samuel's Production & Co.製作，「夢想成真原創歌曲音樂會」，將於4月1日（星期日）7:30pm，假大埔文娛中心黑盒劇場舉行！屆時除咗一眾歌手會現場演繹呢啲優勝作品外，佢哋仲會連同作曲人同埋填詞人，一齊分享吓創作同演繹嘅感受。除此之外，到時仲有歌手李昊嘉Sharon Lee、胖胖樂團 Pang Pang Singers、Travis 歐國成擔任表演嘉賓，現場演繹最新作品！
