每個音符，每個節拍，都是作曲家以無限心血哺育的成果。香港中樂團自 1999 年起創立「心樂集」，透過公開徵曲、演出及討論，一方面鼓勵創作，為本地具才華的年青作曲家提供一個發表和交流的平台，另一方面為中樂藝術注入新血，推動中樂發展。歷年「心樂集」所培養出來的作曲家皆成就卓著，獲獎無數。命運或機會，成敗一念間。各位作曲家，請鼓起勇氣，呈交出讓觀眾，讓自己都驚喜的動人作品！
