The true local art scene at the all new The Hang Space @ Little Tai Hang A Stuvvz Production project: 10 Artists | 2 Floors | Local vendors and caterers Gathering and showcasing local hustlers who have been sticking to their craft and their passion in a city which has been failing to acknowledge them, we want to remind the creatives, as well as the public, that it’s not just you who is working a fulltime job and trying to accomplish something on the side. We want to be the one to say that you deserve more than just a double tap on what you do. For our first edition of The Unseen Locals project - we are including a handful of locals to take part as our featured ‘unseens’. Taking a different standpoint than the common art exhibitions and fairs in town, we will be taking over the newly renovated The Hang Space and hosting our first project, as well as their first event, on the ground and the second floor. Apart from 2D art pieces including paintings and photography - we will also be featuring installation pieces, including the beautiful entrance piece by Make Your Choicesss Floral Lab ; as well as a specially curated table of hidden stories, as expressed through a selection of designed objects by local brands and individuals. We will also have a special set up dedicated for Lucie Chang Fine Arts, where through their selection of eight mundane objects, we get to learn about their journey that they took to establish a gallery here in Hong Kong. Doors open at 230pm for the public, with a special exclusive session from 830pm onwards which will feature a special live entertainment and art performance. Catering and beverages are available for purchase throughout the day, and, depending on sign up, a guided tour around the space shall happen during the early evening for everyone to join.
