Curator, Ka-yan LEUNG, said “the exhibition explores the connections between breathe in-breathe out and our lives. The participating artists, with their own daytime jobs, aim to reflect the voices of the working class, or to remind visitors to take a breath and think amid their busy schedules. It is therefore particularly meaningful to hold the exhibition at KC100 Art Space, where business and arts meet.”
The participating artists are Carol LEE, Charmaine LAU, Cordelia TAM, Frank LAM, Grace TAM, Henry LEE, KM WONG, LEE Wai Chi, Leo CHOW and May LOO. All from Hong Kong Art School, the curator and the ten artists participated in the “Dialogue” exhibition at Hong Kong Visual Arts Centre in April 2017 and “Once in a Blue Moon” exhibition at Jockey Club Creative Arts Centre in August 2017. Both exhibitions were well-received, with “Dialogue” attracting over a thousand visitors during the six-day exhibition period.
