心晴行動慈善基金為本港註冊非牟利慈善團體，於2004年由曾患抑鬱焦慮症的林建明小姐聯同一班熱心義工成立。本會宗旨為向社會各階層推廣情緒健康，讓大眾認識情緒病。
幸得各界鼎力支持，自2010年開始心晴行動慈善基金舉辦《心晴跑‧跑傳情》這項全港大型跑步籌款活動，今年已踏入第10屆，不但為本會的情緒健康教育服務籌募經費，更藉此向社會各階層推廣情緒健康的訊息，鼓勵更多人建立運動的習慣，以協助提升身心健康，增強抗逆能力。
