設計再生：鹹魚 同一事物於不同年代，往往有截然不同的演繹。鹹魚是上一代的佐飯恩物，來到今天卻或多或少成為了不合時宜的食物。 設計師陳韻淇聯同味道圖書館，策動一項讓鹹魚翻生的實驗項目，從醃製過程、形態、包裝等不同的切入點，由當下的設計角度出發，開展一場對鹹魚的全新感觀實驗，重新認識鹹魚。 設計師/團隊： 陳韻淇Kay Chan 、 味道圖書館 PMQ Taste Library
