Description
我的香港夢音樂會已踏入第十四屆，今年音樂會以《感激。敢動》為主題。
今年音樂會由鍾燕詩女士、葉佩雲女士及蕭新泉先生擔任司儀，並有表演嘉賓包括獨立年輕樂隊「Boyz' Reborn」、歌唱組合「歌者合唱團」、戲劇演出「香港教師戲劇會」、舞蹈演出「循道衛理楊震社會服務處 油尖旺青少年綜合發展中心YIC Dance Group」、樂隊Hong Kong Dream Band。
聯校指揮鄭楚萍女士亦帶領香港夢兒童合唱團、愛音樂兒童合唱團、及由16間中小學組成，超過1000人的聯校合唱團演出參 與 。
