- 由搓麵粉做起，製作10塊曲奇（Shake Shake曲奇x2﹑玻璃曲奇x4及小塊糖霜曲奇x4）
- 教授如何調製裝飾用糖霜
- 教授如何組裝Shake Shake曲奇
- 附送精美禮盒，以便課堂後可取走曲奇
