MUM 的店主自 2016年到東京跟麻生老師學習日本傳統的料理文化。精進料理後，産生對山的敬畏，對大自然的尊重，這都是在香港這大城市生活中忽略了的。除了消費日本文化，我們會否真正去了解，由心去尊重生活經歷帶來的啟示？
